International Law & Arbitration Association is a charity organization created to promote legal studies and humanitarian education, to support talented and to exchange experience between its Members. We organize conferences and workshops, schools and contests, unite people and companies. The creation of BILA Association began in November 2014. It started its activity in March 2015.

Summer International Law Camp 2015
BILA Association organized SILC 2015 which was devoted to cyber in international law and moot courting. Students from 9 countries attended it. BILA awarded many of them with scholarships.
BILA Association together with one of the leading law firms in Belarus, SBH Law Office, hosted the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum on “Taking of evidence in international arbitration: classical issues in modern aspects” topic.
Belarusian Yearbook of International Law
BILA Association prepared the first ever Belarusian PIL book in English - Belarusian Yearbook of International Law (BYIL). It is aimed to open Belarus and Belarusian researchers to the world.
BILA Association is appointed as the National Administrator of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Belarus. It was awarded a prestigious S.Shcneebaum Award as an Outstanding National Administrator of 2016.
BILA IS AWARDED A PRESTIGIOUS S.SCHNEEBAUM AWARD
In the United States BILA Secretary-General Dr. Andrey L. Kozik has been awarded the S.Schneebaum Award for Outstanding National Administration of the 2016 Jessup Competition. This is to congratulate BILA team with its fantastic performance as Jessup National administrators.
The Steven M. Schneebaum Award
The S.Schneebaum Award is named in honor of Steven M. Schneebaum, an American attorney and scholar who specializes in international dispute resolution and complex litigation. The award is presented to a National Administrator for outstanding service and dedication to the Jessup Competition.This is the most prestigious award a competition organizer could get.
