General Description

Belarusian Yearbook of International Law (BYIL) is the initiative of International Law & Arbitration Association (BILA Association), which is aimed to give Belarusian researchers an opportunity to present their work to international community. We hope, it will allow to consolidate Belarusian international lawyers inside and outside the country to promote international law expertise and to open Belarus, Belarusian lawyers, Belarusian legislation and legal practices to the world.

BYIL is considered to be the first English-language book on international law in Belarus. Volume 1 of the BYIL includes - among other important publications - professional translation of the 2015 Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union.

WE INVITE AUTHORS TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE BYIL, VOLUME 2

Rules for the authors (excerpt):

  • Deadline for submission of papers: December 1, 2016 (passed). Last Call Deadline: May 30, 2017
  • Eligibility: Everyone, who is duly competent in international law and submits a high-quality work
  • Language: English. The authors can ask for permission to publish materials in Russian, German or French
