The updated and considerably expanded second edition of the 2013 Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare is published by Cambridge University Press. The drafting of the Tallinn Manual was facilitated and led by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence.
